First, let's talk about the battery life. My old phone I could barely get a day's use out of it and it took forever to charge. With this phone I can get about a day and a half, longer if I'm not constantly using it and it fully charges within two hours. The camera is great quality, one of the best I've seen in a phone. It comes equipped with so many useful apps, including a fitness app which I have taken full advantage of. I'd definitely recommend this phone to anyone.

I had an iPhone for years but have to say I love my galaxy 5!! It's fun to customize your phone to make it yours.. The only down side is app developers aren't taking us seriously on our wants and needs. Improve your quality...Galaxy is here to stay!!!!

I had an s3 and decided to stick with galaxy and get an s5. Overall I love the same things about it that I did with my s3 and the camera is way better but I have a 16 GB phone and it takes up about half of my storage to run the phone so I only have maybe 15 apps installed and everything else is on a sim card and I still don't really have any storage on my phone. Hopefully I don't run out of storage for any apps in the future. Phone can also be laggy sometimes and can freeze. Only had this phone for 4 months and I'm hoping it will last the year longer I need it to. Also the speaker is in a pretty bad spot and I cover it with my finger all the time when I'm texting. Other than that a pretty good phone.
Pros: Durable, big screen
Cons: software problems, poor speakers
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

im still learning this phone and have a long way to go but the photos r great all the parts of the phone work well. the talk to text is great seeing im a terible speller.
