I love everything about this phone. Speed clarity, quality, features, ease of use. My only issue is with Samsung itself. I had the Galaxy S5 before upgrading and I had so many pop ups that started after the latest update, I've had the Note 5 for 3 weeks and the stupid pop ups started again. If this continues this will be my last Samsung phone because they're not helping me fix this either, a hard reset did nothing. We have another Galaxy S5 and an S6 in the family and they all have the same issue. It's driving us all crazy.
I really enjoy having the S5, the phones design is very nice easy to hold. I enjoy the features that come with the phone and the options for settings. The only thing I have noticed about mine is sometimes the phone can be a bit laggy, this could just be my phone though. The only feature I'm not crazy about is sometimes when I try to hit the home button it will bring up google. Overall I would recommend this phone along with other Samsung products to others.
I've been a galaxy fan since the s3, and honestly the s5 is amazing and has surpassed all m6 expectations.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, great camera, good size screen
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the phone. Not sure if it entirely lives up to it's reputation.

The phone is great. I switched from an iphone and I like the ability to customize with widgets. The camera is great and the phone has a lot of cool features. However there are a few of things I'm a little disappointed about.
The first and the biggest is you can't assign a specific vibration to a specific notification. Once you select the vibration you want, it gets applied to all notifications using vibration. I'm in meetings a lot of the day and it's very frustrating to not be able to differentiate the notifications in my pocket. I have to constantly look at my phone which comes across rude to whoever is holding the meeting. I did find an app to do what I need (Good Vibrations) and apparently the Galaxy S5 used to have this feature until a software update. If that's true I hope they came bring that feature back on the next update.
The second is the design/feature. My favorite things about this phone are that it's water resistant and you can unlock it with a swipe of your fingerprint. My least favorite thing about it is how the camera kind of protrudes from the back. My buddy just broke his lens to his camera on his Galaxy S5 and it didn't take much at all to do so. It would be better if it where recessed a little or protected some how.
The third and final are the ringtones and wallpapers. There isn't a huge selection of wallpaper and it seems like the majority of the ringtones are pretty lame (just my opinion...). I ended up getting an app for more ringtones and an app for more wallpapers.
I guess I was a little let down because everyone I talked to always said that the Galaxy S5 was so much better than the iphone because of how custom you can make your phone. Everything I wanted to do to "customize" my phone I had to get an app for which I could have just stuck with the iphone and downloaded similar apps.
Other than a few little things that were easily fixed I really enjoy the Galaxy S5 and would recommend it to other people. It has some really cool features that other phones don't have. Especially for parents with younger kids that somehow always manage to get the phone. The kids mode is pretty cool and educational, it keeps my little boy pretty entertained. That, combined with water resistant, I swear this phone was made for this purpose.
I really like the size, feel, features & price of the phon. There are two specific things I wish would be a little better. The battery life on my phone has only been enough juice for almost a day depending on if I use it for a couple calls. Otherwise I've noticed I have to charge it even if I don't use it. If I don't the next day I'll have to charge like 2 hours or so after I wake. I've tried waiting until the battery is close to death b4 charging, but it's not the best for convenience. And I need it for basically everything.. the next thing is the wifi dropping. When I'm home for a day and have it on wifi, I've noticed that it'll switch between the data & wifi multiple times per hour. Thus using my data for the month b4 it's even reached half the month. I know it sometimes dep's on your wifi. However, I'vw tested using another phone at same time & the wifi stays connected w/o using data. Otherwise the phone is perfect. With its Samsung bundle of software & other brand tools. It covers basically anything you'd want to do. Thanks for the opportunity to review the Samsung S5. B:)
I love the phone and all the features. It's easy to use and to keep in touch with family and friends. I finally use text! Internet access is also wonderful.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, camera is priceless
Cons: Too big, it is a little big
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a great upgrade for the S line of devices. The S5 is a well built phone, water resistant and development friendly. The S5 only makes me anxious for what the S6 will be like...
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, fast processor, development friendly
Cons: no complaints at all what-so-ever
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is great. I upgrade from an S3 and the new features are excellent, but still easy to use. Love it!
