My Samsung experience

This is my first "smart phone" and it was rather daunting getting it set up to suit me. I do have an android tablet, that helped somewhat. I have now had the phone about 3 weeks, and am still learning. A better instruction manual would have speeded up the process, especially for a first time user. The better I become acquainted with the Galaxy the better I like it, and I think I would write a much more positive evaluation a few months down the road.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lacks basic features, too expensive for its quality

I bought a new S5 from BestBuy 3 months back and have been using the product so far. Product came with the built in defect in speaker, voice is not clear when on call and I am still not able to get it fixed from BestBuy store or Samsung. Device features are good, comes with pedometer and heart rate monitor, nice form factor this was one of the reasons to buy this phone, good display and lot many other features.
One big problem is poor battery life, doesn't even last for 12 hours and because of this you have to turn off some features to save battery life. So this problem actually overshadows all good things about this phone. You get much better smartphones for less cost and have battery life. I wont recommend this phone to anyone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life, bad speaker quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had my phone for about a couple of years and I love samsung products. I also recently just purchased a samsung edge 6 which is a beautiful phone. Got it on gold, very sleek and the features are wonderful. The pictures and the videos and really nice quality☺. Both phones are great and I plan on keeping them a long time.

I switched to this phone from a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which I love also. This phone has so many cool features one of my favorites being the fingerprint swipe to open your phone.
