I've Returned It After a Week.

Beautiful look BUT very poor inside like many other Samsung products. It had multiple software problems (see below), which probably could be fixed or somehow handled but the main reason for returning the phone was bad quality of the speaker. And it is irreparable. They killed it for the sake of ridiculous "waterproofness", which supposedly allows you to submerge the phone slowly into fresh water down to 1m for 30 minutes (not working). Who in the world needs it! To protect the speaker from water damage they probably sealed it with a membrane so the sound coming out of it became unintelligible. To protect the battery compartment from the water they installed a plug for the power port that is a point of failure not to mention how annoying it is using it.
The software problems include (but not limited to):
- display "smart stay" doesn't work, so if you read a book you need to change a timeout or keep refreshing the screen every 30 seconds;
- text messages with pictures attached can stay in the sending mode for days; restarting the phone sometimes helps;
- email notifications do not go through;
- when the battery charge reaches 100% it lights ON during the night and may stay on forever etc, etc;
In spite of all the problems I would give it one more try but ONLY if they offer NOT WATER PROOF MODEL with normal speaker.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, ridiculous "water proof", extremely poor quality of a speaker, software problems

I have dropped on the concrete floor so many times I can't count this phone just keeps on working. Just yesterday this phone went flying through the air! I just laugh because I know it will be fine. they should use me in a commercial I swear I have beat the heck out of this phone and still looks and acts brand new. if this would of been my old iPhone you could of kissed that phone good bye. I just about love everything about this phone and I recommend it to everyone I know. Get off the iPhone wagon and come to the galaxy side and I also have the galaxy tab 4 loving it!

I absolutely love this phone. Samsung Galaxy s5 has been the best phone I have ever had. The battery life is the best. I can't find anything wrong with this phone.
