I cannot delete emails. I will delete 50 emails and within an hour they are all back. Hate this piece of junk

I have been dedicated to Samsung for a long time - through 4 or 5 phones. I went from a Note 2 to the Samsung S5, and while it does have cool new features, in the time I've had it (about a month now), it wouldn't take a charge today, it took me a long time to set it up, and the screen is much smaller. Also, it came with features - as a Mom who uses it for everything - I just don't need. The fingerprint security is great, however I understand an app exists for that. The pulse rate is good for exercising. The slide on the incoming calls doesn't work well sometimes, however I understand I may be able to adjust the sensitivity. Most of all, the music sound quality over my car stereo (which was great over the Note 2) is not so great.
To be fair I am understand new features daily. I wouldn't recommend it, unless the camera is the draw, and that does have great features.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great phone, battery life is excellent, Apps are awesome, the phone is easy to use and with the built in fingerprint scanner makes this a top choice. I would recommend this to anyone.

VERY POOR SOUND LEVELS

I love everything about this phone. EXCEPT the sound volume. I can barely hear it unless I'm right on top of it and if there are no other ambient sounds. I NEVER hear it ring when it is in my purse. All volume levels are up as high as they will go (15). Even when bluetoothed to an external speaker, I cannot get the volume from the external speaker that I got with previous Samsung phone.
Why is there no speaker on the front?
Pros: Bright display
Cons: very poor sound volume

This has to be the absolute worst phone I have ever owned. The amount of glitches is ridiculous. I am a constant texter and this phone simply cannot keep up. It will send my texts two to four times which is extremely annoying to the person that I am texting. I will be texting and it will show that I have not typed anything. Then, out of no where, it will type what I typed three or four times. The back space key has to be clicked six or seven times before it actually starts to work. Also, the screen will just go black but I can still hear the keys vibrating when I press it. I also cannot get many apps that my friends with iPhones get which is frustrating. I lost all my music that is on iTunes because it is not compatible with Android device. It is just too big to hold. All in all, get an iPhone.
Pros: battery life
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Too big, Did not meet expectations

I had a Galaxy S3 and actually have a Galaxy S4, for me it's the great device in all of senses, I pretty love the camera features and the big screen. I'm excited about the new Galaxy S5, I can't wait for it

Best Phone Ever!

I am so happy with my S5. It has every app I ever could want, has a great camera, and a nice large keyboard for making phone calls. Texting is simple as can be, too!

I can truly say that the wait for the S5 was worth it. It is definitely a major component in my day to day personal and business life. Has everything I need and so much more.
