Poor workmanship

Phone was sent back to Samsung at least 3 times. Nothing but problems with this phone. The phone finally stopped working.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Completely functional device that does what I need it to do. Could use more storage space and a better battery, but that goes for any device.

Easy to use with removable battery

This is the first cell phone I have ever owned.So far it has been working really well. I had to do some updates, but that was easy. I am also blind, and the TalkBack feature works well too. So far I am using it for health purposes, for an app that I downloaded and am using every day, to keep my blood sugar under control.
I'd have to say, that the only problem so far was with the Samsung keyboard. No matter what I tried, it just didn't seem to want to work. I downloaded the G-board keyboard, and that seemed to fix my problem. I am really satisfied with it so far, and I think it will be very helpful to me in the future, for use with viewing things like t-shirts, and knowing what colors they are. I'd like to learn more about that function.

YES---it IS a significant upgrade from the S4

I don't understand all of the reviewers who question if upgrading from Samsung's Galaxy S4 to S5 is worth it...or call it a "minor upgrade". All I can say is those reviewers either have an anti-Samsung bias, haven't tried the phone for any length of time, or are just plain idiots!
Samsung's Galaxy S5 is a very innovative step up from what was already a very extraordinary flagship phone, the Galaxy S4. While there are some physical differences between the models, most of the design changes are "under the hood" with software and hardware improvements that just make your user experience fly. Once you have this in your hand, the changes made to the TouchWiz interface, the awesome new camera features, overall faster connection and processing speed, and other new and improved features will have you feeling great that you decided not to wait.
Let the uninformed, bigoted reviewers make light of its improvements, or say that some "blah blah blah" inferior phone in a tin shell, with its 1990 era style camera is better...
But, I guarantee after one hour using the Samsung Galaxy S5 you will be convinced that it truly is "THE NEXT BIG THING"

Great Phone

The Galaxy S5 is miles better than my last phone. I love the long battery life and the easy to use features. There are some apps that I decided that I did not want so I deleted them with no problems. I have just had the phone for a couple weeks and I love it. It is exactly what I was looking for in a phone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, large screen, long battery life
