good picture /good sound

was really surprised at the quality of sound as well as a really good picture. picture is good in a well lit room and the viewing angle is great. most of all the sound . i don/t have to use aux speakers to listen in quality viewing.

Love the Picture. Perfect size for our den. Added LG Sound System that works great with it. LG Support is great... more detailed and specific downloadable on line manual. Best part is the specific email support, which was very helpful for optimizing picture, advanced features and setting up the added sound system.

This product introduced a lifestyle change

After installing our 42" LN5400 LED TV the lifestyle in our home changed. Viewing sports, the news, film/video and other programming and streaming is so great now! Why didn't we do this earlier?! Setup was easy. What a great product. Good value for the investment. Thanks LG!

This TV is a very good value

This is a great TV for a relatively low cost. It has easy to use controls with a menu that does not require an advanced degree to operate. Great picture clarity and the sound is adequate..even in a large room. The unit is relatively light wait and easy to set up. We plan to purchase additional LG TV's and this model is a strong contender for other rooms in our house.

Nice upgrade from my old TV

Previous TV was a 42inch and wanted to get something bigger and more recent. The 47inch was perfect for my needs, as my parent's eyesight is going back. They can see everything clearly now.
Setup was very easy, and all my components were installed in seconds. The picture is very sharp and clear, and setting levels was quick and simple. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade.
