seems to work ok but should read to a higher level

tried it after a few beers and a shot of bourbon in a 1 1/2 hour period and it read .04% i could not tell if it was higher as this is the top limit that it reads

I bought this cause i have an interlock (in car breathalyzer). Good to know I'm at zero's so i can start my car without a violation, on the down side once i have gotten to a .12 it doesn't read accurately so no way to plan on when i will be at zero's based on this device.

When I insert the batteries and press the power button it is only beeping. The screen is blue and there are no error messages. Just an annoying sound. I was really excited about my new device, but I can't use it.

I don't think that I can trust this product. The reason I purchased it was to know if I can drive the car and be safe if the police perform a breathalyzer test. After 4 drinks it showed 0.03% Five minutes after that it showed 0.00%

I use this for multiple reasons, but find it to read false positive easily. Testing after brushing my teeth and eating certain foods or teas. Is this common? Also I have had readings from .04 to .0 then back up to .03. Please advise. Also how durable are they and what would make them un calibrate?
