We recently bought a previously owned RV and used it to clean the 5 year old carpets. WOW! Fantastic job! I couldn't wait to take it home and use it on all my area rugs. Again - WOW! MAKES THE REST OF THE CARPET LOOK DIRTY!

We recently adopted a new puppy, and puppy's will have accidents. So we purchased the Bissell pet spot clean. It works great for the puppy accidents. But now I can see how dirty the rest of the carpet is! What I don't understand is when mixing the formula to clean with it calls for more of the oxy boost than the cleaning formula but when purchasing these the bottles of cleaning formula are larger than the oxy boost. Am I missing something here. I also love the suction power of the machine but why is the dirty water holder so small? I need to empty the dirty water about three times for the amount of cleaning solution it holds.
