This protector covers the corners and the back of the phone. It will do a good job in stopping screen contact if your phone hits on a corner or on the back. It will not protect the screen if the phone were to land directly on the screen side.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: does not protect screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful design, poor durability

I've been using this case for three weeks now. The design is great, allowing the greatest exposure of the design of the phone itself. Haven't dropped my phone yet, so I can't say much about the protection, although it clearly seems to offer minimal protection. The biggest problem is that in such little time, the case has so many scratches which makes it unappealing. I haven't dropped it or put it in my pocket with keys or anything. My friend has the same case and he has the same problem.

Scratch Easy Cover

Nice light weight minimalist cover, but scratches very easily and because of the type of material the scratches are very visible. Of course the idea of a clear cover is to show off the beauty of the device, but that does not happen here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor color match

Very disapointed in the gold color. I have the same case in silver and can not tell the difference between the two except for a slight difference in tint. Not worth buying if you want a true Gold color.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor color match

Love the clear case. The phone has a nice look and the clear case allows you to see the phone. It doesn't cover it up. It protects the phone just enough and isn't bulky. I'm definitely happy with my decision.
