[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very disappointing to have a new refrigerator and have so many problems within the first few days. It seemed to be fine when first put in but the next day the light in the freezer went out. I also felt it was not level so called for help. The techs came and did level it but had no idea of what to do about the light. Then I showed them that here was ice forming on the inside of the freezer drawer and frost on the light case. They had no idea of what was wrong. Since then, I have a lot more ice forming and when my husband looked at it, he saw that there is a problem with the rubber casing at about the middle of the freezer drawer. So I now have ice forming in a frost freeze freezer and no light. Too bad it's a three day weekend but I plan to go to the store where I bought it and ask them for help. Oh, and the left side door will not stay open at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a month ago. While overall I am satisfied with it, I also have a couple of issues. The thing I love most are the French doors. We have a small kitchen and that makes a huge difference. It does not have a deli drawer, but a cold storage drawer at the bottom of the fridge. It is as wide & deep as the fridge, so I tend to lose items in the back of the drawer. It has an ice maker, but you can't adjust the size of ice it makes, & it has jammed up a couple of times. Basically, it's a fridge & it does what I need, but I am not totally thrilled with the overall design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 30-year old refrigerator finally had so many problems, even though it still ran, we needed a newer, quieter, better looking, more efficient, and more user friendly refrigerator. Since, in the last 3 years, we had had to tear out our old kitchen (to the studs, due to a broken water line), we did extensive research and decided to buy the KitchenAid. We are very glad we did, it meets or exceeds all of our expectations (so far.) It is the 33" wide, 22 cubic foot interior, stainless steel, french door model with freezer on the bottom and internal water dispenser with automatic ice maker. My wife absolutely loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge in May and at first I was hesitant b/c it was literally the only fridge that would fit in the space we needed it too. Well let me say I am pleasantly surprised that I love every feature. The water dispenser is cold all the time; the ice box keeps up with a two year old who likes to empty it daily. The stainless really is fingerprint proof and I rarely have to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the 3 new appliances I bought last Nov. this once is the worst. I had more room in my 29 year old Frigidaire then I do with this one. Also the produce drawers fly out and have already fallen on the pull out drawer and broke it. Should have examined this closer before I bought it. It has a lot of bells and whistles but no room. Also, it freezes things on top shelf if pushed back too far and if they are pushed back too far they far down into the back never to be seen again. I know its normal to run alot but this is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

coming loose as it's held tight by a set screw which is inadequate. The biggest problem though is the unit
