[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Kitchenaid refrigerator lasted for 28 years - they are the best! We needed a smaller profile to fit in our renovated kitchen and were so glad there was a Kitchenaid model available to fit our needs. We like the water feature inside to keep the outside look so sleek and also like having the easy to change water filter. The refrigerator shelving and bins are easy to place and can be set up to suit your own design. I particularly like the sliding shelf to accomodate tall floral arrangements that I can make ahead for gatherings. It took us a while to get used to a bottom freezer drawer but now we like it.

The water in the cabin vs the door adds a level of ingenuity not found in others. We like the three bottle wine rack in the fridge. Again, not found in other makes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choices are limited when looking for 33" fridge and we wanted an ice maker. This is a replacement for another fridge (a Korean brand!!) that only lasted 6 years. The disappointing part is that there really isn't any manufacturer that you can truly trust, everything is made pretty cheap these days...gone are the days that a fridge would last 20 or 30 years! Will see what we get with KitchenAid.
Now for the review after 3 weeks; we really like the look, the ice maker works well but a bit noisy when going through its cycle of making ice, fridge portion is spacious and well laid out, crisper drawers are a bit small and are easy to pull out too far off the rail, would like a little lip on the shelves to keep items from sliding too far, freezer a bit small, temperature controls work very well, doors seal well, need both hands to use water dispenser. All minor stuff... so far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched 33" refrigerators for several months and we finally selected this Kitchen Aid. There are several features which have proven to be important including having a breakaway shelf for larger containers such as pitchers, wine bottles, the refrigerator being on top which allows more visualisation of food, having the ice maker be within the bottom freezer with the filtered water dispenser inside the refrigerator. Our new refrigerator has been quiet which was a concern after reading many reviews about all refrigerators. We found this refrigerator to be exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase.

Two small complaints. the crisper drawers are not deep enough and I keep pulling them out of their tracks. The water dispenser is inconvenient to use unless you open both doors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very disappointing to have a new refrigerator and have so many problems within the first few days. It seemed to be fine when first put in but the next day the light in the freezer went out. I also felt it was not level so called for help. The techs came and did level it but had no idea of what to do about the light. Then I showed them that here was ice forming on the inside of the freezer drawer and frost on the light case. They had no idea of what was wrong. Since then, I have a lot more ice forming and when my husband looked at it, he saw that there is a problem with the rubber casing at about the middle of the freezer drawer. So I now have ice forming in a frost freeze freezer and no light. Too bad it's a three day weekend but I plan to go to the store where I bought it and ask them for help. Oh, and the left side door will not stay open at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a month ago. While overall I am satisfied with it, I also have a couple of issues. The thing I love most are the French doors. We have a small kitchen and that makes a huge difference. It does not have a deli drawer, but a cold storage drawer at the bottom of the fridge. It is as wide & deep as the fridge, so I tend to lose items in the back of the drawer. It has an ice maker, but you can't adjust the size of ice it makes, & it has jammed up a couple of times. Basically, it's a fridge & it does what I need, but I am not totally thrilled with the overall design.
