We Bought a Lemon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple of months ago. Refrigerator freezes food and stays in low 20 degrees. Repair tech came, diagnosed problem, did not have part. Had to wait two weeks to get part installed. Fan door motor. Did not fix problem. Now, Whirlpool won't send a repairman for 15 days, although they have the part that they claim will fix the problem. Will not buy another a Whirlpool/Kitchen-Aid appliance again

Inside the slide out drawer is ok but it takes space away ddrom the main shelves and the design of the cover is not so good. It's easy to displace the cover when sliding out the drawer.
Love the water dispenser inside the door. Was not looking for this feature but now that I have it is gets a lot of use. Also, the door chimes when left open. Another feature I did not consider but the door was left slightly open and the chiming alerted me to close the door.

If we had to post very minor complaints, they would only be that :
- there is more gap between the shelves and the wall of the fridge than there really should be.
- The button to push for the water dispenser (which is a great feature!) is a bit of a pain to use.
