[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] vegetable and fruit drawers do not slide easily, seem to be cheaply made. one of the interior lights does not work. the icemaker worked for about a month and suddenly has stopped. now i have to schedule a service visit.

Has many features other brands do not have such as interior filtered water dispenser, LED lights, glass shelves with one that splits to allow taller items. Looks stylish with commercial grade handles. Runs quietly.Energy saver. Must be careful to close BOTH refer doors. Ice bucket did not come with a scoop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with the handles. Unlike all other fridges, these handles do not seem cheap. They feel sturdy and substantial in your hands, and have this seemingly netted texture, which is different. They don't give the appearance of ultra-modern either, which is outdated now. Rather just a simple, straightforward, "Hey I'm a fridge not a spaceship" look, which I prefer.
The inside is a bit different in that the deli drawer is at the bottom instead of in the middle. This location actually makes more sense because it's coldest spot in the fridge. It has a nice divider that holds my yogurts perfectly. And an added feature is the ability to configure temp in the lower drawer - nice!
I loooove the removable rubber placemats in the bottom of the door drawers. This is a minor thing, but makes the fridge seem less cheap, as well as gives you the ability to clean them easily without having to detach the shelves or keep the fridge open.
Speaking of the door drawers the ones on this fridge are way bigger (both longer and wider) than my old fridge and hold more.
LED lights are great. Otherwise the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it's hard to get water using one hand. With my old fridge the button location was positioned where I could do that easily. On this one I need two hands. The water, however, comes out at a rate that's much faster than my old one.
I'm overall, very pleased with this product.
