[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this about a month ago and are rather disappointed. The drawers seem cheap, and frequently get off track. The sealing aspect of the french door might be good from a temp point of view, but it is very easy for the left side to be ajar. Storage configuration in the freezer should be more flexible. No way to level side to side.
We bought it because very few products fit. So the size is a good thing but that's about it. I sure hope that it is mechanically trouble free. thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect refrigerator for my kitchen and my needs. The water dispenser is inside the refrigerator and not an eyesore on the outside. It is roomy and has a 3 bottle wine rack under a shelf as well. I couldn't be more pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very poor quality product. It leaked water all over my new floor within two months of owning it due to a condensate drain issue. repairman said it was a "common problem" with this model.
Now it completely lost the cold and after three weeks it still hasn't been fixed.
Only buy this product if you are in the mood for headaches and problems...............otherwise buy a non Whirlpool/KitchenAid product !

I was limited to a smaller size due to space constraints, but still wanted an upscale look and design- and not stainless steel (love the white). I got everything I was looking for and couldn't be happier. Internal water dispenser works well and there is plenty of space inside, even for a large size wine bottle in the door! Thanks Kitchenaid... Next purchase will be the 5 burner gas range that matches my new fridge!

We never had French doors either, but they take up less space in the room when opened near our dining area. The filtered water dispenser in the inside is great. It has lots of new features for us and we are so happy with it.
