It looks very sleek on the outside and holds more on the inside than you would think. It features a wine rack and internal filtered water dispenser, which is really nice. The adjustable shelves are also very handy.

It blends superbly well with all the other appliances, we have only one issue : the internal water dispenser still drips, we have tried all the troubleshooting tips without success. A spoiler for an other wise great fridge/freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator looks good and well organized on the inside. Unfortunately the doors do not line up horizontally. KitchenAid told the repairman that it was the balance. He tried for over an hour to re-balance the refrigerator - no go. It is balanced. The gasket on the left door may be off. Still waiting for the part and a return visit from the repairman. It's unsightly having the right door stick out more than the left. On a positive note, the food stays cold and the refrigerator is working properly.

Since I needed a 33" wide refrigerator I was so happy to have a water dispenser right inside the left door - - such a nice convenience. I also liked the fact that the ice tray was smaller than my last appliance in which the tray took up way too much freezer space.

I would add that it is the noisiest refrigerator we have ever owned. The water inlet for the ice maker is almost as loud as the dishwasher and its cycles seem to have a noticeable hum.
I really miss the out of door water and ice dispenser. we were limited to this model due to size.
