[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed in this purchase. The quality is fair. Styrofoam is used as a trim behind a shelf to clip the water bag. The vegetable crisper isn't deep enough to for a stalk of celery. I have to either cut it to put in the drawer or put it in diagonally.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for one month! So far I love it. I love the inside water spout!! The only thing I worry about is the freezer handle. It loosens up a bit. I try to be gentle but it still happens. I've tightened it twice already trying to be careful not to strip the screws. If I need to replace the handle I will be upset because this was expensive and I was so looking forward to getting it.

After all, if you want something to last, it is better to start with a high-quality product. So, when it was time to replace our last refrigerator, I looked around. I'm very happy with this KitchenAid refrigerator. It is nice to look at, it has all the modern features, and it is roomy inside. Best of all, it will use less than 600 kWh per year, about 35% less energy than our last refrigerator! Less energy = less pollution and less greenhouse gas emissions.

They could improve the water dispensor by putting the button on the bottom so you could use it with one hand. Also, closing the left door sometimes pushes the right ajar just a little bit. Its not enough to trigger the alarm, but enough to let air escape.
