So I have now added a refrigerator to my Kitchenaid appliance famil wgich consists of a trash compactor a dishwasher and now this. Soon to join us will be the cook-top and the oven. It hit all the points we were looking for (bottom freezer, ice maker, LACK OF door ice/water dispensers, french doors) and loved the extras that we discovered (highly customizable shelving, INTERIOR filtered water dispenser, open door alarm, temperature alarm). As a family with 3 young boys, the exterior makes keeping it clean a breeze. One of the best purchases we made this year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month in and the fridge is great. Love the LED lights inside. Only thing I would add/change is a water catcher on the inside and a softer button for the water dispenser. The fridge is a little louder than others at first but I don't mind it. Really like how the water dispenser is tucked away and does not take any additional space. Same idea with the ice maker.

Called service and they sent a serviceman a week later. Turned out to be a steel fitting on the water line leading into the unit was vibrating and transmitting the noise into the case making it very loud, It's still noisier than I would like.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance delivered and installed May 24 by Sunday May 30, it kept my food at a perfect 61 degrees. As this was a second home for me, luckily I was there when it failed or I would have had a huge mess and luckily I had kept my 20 year old fridge in the garage as a fall back. Purchased a set of 3 appliances from Kitchen Aid. Not sure if I would recommend any of them to anyone.

I love the wine rack feature and all the organization that the refrigerator has. The water dispenser inside the refrigerator is a jewel. The folding shelf comes in handy. It is definitely not large enough for a family of four, although for a couple it's perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Amana refrigerator died, so we ended up buying a new refrig/freezer, stove and microwave because bisque is not made anymore. This refrigerator has 2 upper doors, I used to have one, so its taking me time to get used to it. I like the pullout bottom freezer. The serviceman was here to try to get the doors level, but the right one is still a little higher than the left. This unit has gray trim, where the matching stove and microwave have black trim - they should match.
