[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this frig model because it matches the downdraft slide-in range that we bought (it's the only downdraft range still on the market, and we needed a downdraft range to replace the 20 year old Amana in our island), and we wanted the handles to match. It's the same size as the previous frig, but seems smaller. Both the freezer space and the veggie/fruit drawers are too small. We have a lot of fresh produce on hand, so the fruit/veggie drawers are an issue. For example, I can't fit large celery in the drawer. It seems like a lot of space is deployed to the door shelves, which are nice. Our previous model had water/ice in the exterior door. Because the ice makers are so small in the door, we were always running out of ice. So on this new frig, we went with an ice maker in the freezer. Maybe it's because the ice bin takes up a lot of room that we seem to be much shorter on freezer space. To sum up, if I hadn't been matching the frig to the range, I would have gone with frig that gave me larger drawers and a different configuration.

I like the refrigerator, but it does sound tinny. The crisper drawers sound flimsy and the freezer drawer does not sound solid. Let's face it, it sounds tinny.
