[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product--all the features I wanted--lots of space, with lots of options for placing shelves to fit individual needs. A great wine rack fits under a shelf, ice maker well placed, and the lighting is good.
Two spacious bins climate controlled for fruit and vegetables, a snack tray for meats and cheeses, etc.
The freezer is very spacious.
The only problem I have is that the cold water dispenser, located inside the left hand door of fridge is not well placed. One has to be sure to be holding glass in left hand and the dispenser butter is awkward to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and keep things cold. Pretty much what you would ask for from a fridge? There are not many options in the 33" world, so thank you to Kitchenaid, for accommodating those of us with old kitchens, who require this size. I almost subtracted a star because on day 7, the freezer came off its tracks and wouldn't seal, and I had to duct tape it shut until I repair tech showed me how to reset the tracks. I had wished Kitchenaid would have tried harder to get someone out to me sooner than the 48 hour lead time that they had at the time. However, it is fixed, and working great. Also, I am very pleased with the quietness.

We were finding a small amount of water on floor daily and thought it was our yorkie drinking his water. Just today realized it is condensation dripping down the left door when it is opened and were going to call Kitchenaid on Monday and voila, this questionnaire came up. We are hoping it is something that can be remedied from set up as it is only here approx 5 wweeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am getting used to the the refrigerator. I like the top have a convenient place for everything. The freezer is a different story. I think too much of the area is devoted to ice storage. The what appears to be an immovable area on the top part is not easy to arrange things in and doesn't leave much easy to use space around it.
