[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in April, delivered and after 21 hours connected the refrigerator temp finally dropped to 63 degrees. Seller brought a new one several days later, it cooled rapidly to 48 degrees in 4 hours. Couple of days later the freezer door handle came loose. Seller came back in several days tightened handle. Two days later handle came loose again. Several days later seller brought the third unit (all in three weeks) and after unpacking it had a dent in freezer door. After much consultation they determined the door was bad not handle do they took door off 3rd unit and handle from second unit. Three new refrigerators in three weeks. Who would have thought
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have limited width and depth space for a refrigerator because of vintage hand-made cabinetry and needed a 33-inch wide model which was not over 34-inches in depth. This Kitchen Aid 33-inch French Door is wonderful! We like the layout of the freezer on the bottom, and the French Doors open to a well-laid out refrigerator space with two large bins and a full-width deli drawer. The water dispenser is inside the refrigerator, which some might find less convenient, but it's fine with us. The lights inside are LED and make for a very bright interior so that you can find things easily. It's solidly built and quiet. We really appreciate that it's Made in America!

Love my new fridge

We dind it has lots of storage space and is large enough yo store food for an adult family of 4. One thing i would change is add fingerproof stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator. Roomy adjustable door shelves. Split shelves in the interior allow for customization. Love the meat drawer. Easy to see what is inside. Racks in freezer makes it easy to store and see all the food. Love the TEMP controls. I feel secure in knowing that the fridge and freezer are at the right temp. Beautiful fridge. Exceptional interior lighting. Best part is nothing gets lost and forgotten! Noiseless operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was led to believe that the stainless steel shows no fingerprints or smudges. But it sure as heck does. I not only went into one store but I went to two stores and was told by the sales people of two stores that with their technology it will show no prints. Well it does, and it's driving me insane. If I would of known this I most certainly would not of got stainless. I wanted black but at the store she said it's not available. I will most certainly be returning this fridge right after my company leaves. I'm seriously disappointed in this product. I have many Kitchen Aid products, I find they're good quality, but I was so wrong and I was led astray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do to COVID19 we went without a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks. We ordered a new one the day our old one broke, the day before delivery we were informed it was on backorder until August. We called the local Maytag dealer and he indicated he had a KitchenAid
that he could deliver the next day. This refrigerator is almost the same as our old one with a lot of nice updates. Very quite nice big handles, all the space we need and we like the water dispenser inside. We highly recommend this refrigator.

Nice Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had this product 1 week so still getting used to it. We like the features including the digital display. I particularly like how the doors and drawer pull themselves closed. It has a lot of room and lots of adjustment capability including adjustable glass shelves. And it is also very quiet. We had to increase the fridge temperature setting from the factory setting of 38F to 40F as it was too cold. The actual temp at the 40 setting in the upper area of the fridge ranges between 31F & 41F but the crispers stay at a fairly consistent 35F. We were disappointed in the quality of the crispers, however. They seem a bit fragile and do not slide smoothly with plastic on plastic. Our previous Kitchenaid fridge had much sturdier crispers that slid on tiny rollers. Haven't connected the water line so can't comment on the water or ice functions.
I would recommend this to a friend!
