Bad product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the frigid and the water dispenser barely puts out water. It say a cup of water it’s more like 8 minutes.
I called top line the place that sold it and they recommended calling there repairman. 11/2 weeks later no answer to that call. The handles are about to fall off on the pullout freezer.This is not a good product and top line is even worse as a rep for this product. Disgraceful

Good but not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filtered water dispenser drips. The freezer drawer seems a little wobbly for what we paid for it. If I were looking for another fridge I'd look harder at other models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a kitchenaid French door 33” fridge around Memorial Day. My previous Kitchenaid fridge was on its way out after 11 1-2 years of family wear n tear on the daily. I really like this one with the style & internal shelf ing, especially love the split shelf. I personally prefer a white fridge, but it wasn’t available in this model so I now have stainless steel but it’s fine since it compliments my range, also kitchenaid. I wish the steel was easier to maintain because it shows finger prints & the water dispenser button should be below the dispenser for convenience. It’s silly to me to have it above & then you have to use both hands for operation. Think how to work smarter not harder. But over all, happy with it.

Very adjustable shelves!

The shelves are extremely adjustable, which allows the space to be easily used for all sizes of items. Prior to this purchase, I have only had Kitchenaid dishwashers which have always proven to be long lasting, so I’m hoping this will be too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is very nice, but feels not as heavy duty as a larger refrigerator. Lighting is very bright, ice maker works well and I like the in-fridge digital display. I was disappointed that the black stainless was not fully wrapped without choosing and paying for that option.that was not an obvious decision at purchase.overall, a nice model with some drawbacks.

Good for smaller spaces

We were replacing a side-by-side so we’re limited in width, and were happy to find that Kitchenaid made one to our specs. Pros, looks very crisp and sharp, and the stainless feels more solid than other fridges we looked at. I like the glass shelves, and the deli drawer. Cons, the water spout being on the side of the fridge with the harder to open/closer door. You need to open both doors to dispense water, or else it’s difficult to close the left door only. Also water spout related, the button is up too high from the spout to operate single-handedly… not always an issue, but something I’ve noticed being a drawback from our previous in-door dispenser. Lastly the freezer baskets lack dividers and organizers, making the small freezer even harder to maximize space. The upper shelf/basket is challenging to pull out and doesnt glide as well as I’d hoped.
All in all though, seems like a good fridge.
