Complete garbage ! Died less 2 years - horrible service - we have been without a fridge for 1.5 month and still fighting with the company for replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few things to consider for future design changes. I’m right-handed and would much rather get water from the right side of the refrigerator. It’s awkward and inconvenient to have to open the right door in order to open the left door in order to get water. I don’t like the fact that I’ve got to open the right door in order to open the left door. I absolutely do not like stainless steel doors and wish they were a mat finish like the sides of the refrigerator. This refrigerator is louder than I was expecting. The produce drawers are very cheap and are difficult to slide in and out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very similar to the Whirlpool fridge I previously had, which I liked. This time I purchased a stainless steel model. There are a couple of things that I don't like. The bottom drawer in the fridge section is small and not very conducive to storing produce. It may be great for drinks in cans, but for someone who does not purchase that type of thing it doesn't work for me. The light switch in the freezer drawer frosts over constantly and the light does not come on. You have to manually juggle the switch to get it to work. I knew when I purchased this model that I would not use the butter shelf so I kept a shelf from my Whirlpool model and it fit perfectly. I like seeing the temperature of both the fridge and freezer drawer and knowing there is an alarm if the door unexpectedly gets left open.

Over all we like the fridge and it does work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had bad products in the past (G.E.) and don't want the same with these. We have had the repair people out here twice since purchased because noise. The fridge was and sometimes still makes a lot of noise. If the fridge doesn't die infant mortality - it will do. However I think your manufacturing staff might just be in too much of a hurry and not securing parts with care.

Works as intended, hope it'll continue for decades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom and I bought this fridge as a replacement for a Kenmore fridge, similar with bottom freezer, because the compressor stopped cooling. I love the left side sliding shelf that can make room for taller objects. And the filtered water dispenser and the ice maker; I don't use them often so don't need them mounted outside the door. However a couple months after it was installed, the fridge and freezer lost its cooling ability one day. We had to put perishables into different appliances for several hours. Luckily the Kitchenaid recovered and it is working fine as of writing. We found that we may have overloaded the freezer too much and that might be the cause.

Bad product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the frigid and the water dispenser barely puts out water. It say a cup of water it’s more like 8 minutes. I called top line the place that sold it and they recommended calling there repairman. 11/2 weeks later no answer to that call. The handles are about to fall off on the pullout freezer.This is not a good product and top line is even worse as a rep for this product. Disgraceful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
