Perfect size and look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking fridge that perfectly fits the space in a polygon condo kitchen. The cooling, freezing, ice making, water dispensing is all running well . The shelves don’t fit tightly to the back and sides so expect a gap between the edges and fridge walls. The bottom shelf that holds the produce bins is not anchored to the back wall so I don’t place a lot of weight on that shelf. The other shelves can hold the heavier items. One issue for customer service is a small tear that has developed at the top of the overlapping seal between the French doors

Great appliances

My old kitchenaid fridge was 14 yrs old and working great. My daughter bought her first home so my old kitchenaid fridge lives at her house and is working great. That’s the only reason I bought a new one. This model is the best.

Lemon out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge looks great, however, when received. One fridge light switch did not work, nor did the ice maker. Service needed to be called on a brand new fridge!! The technician came to troubleshoot and determined the ice maker was faulty and would have to order a new one. Shortly after he left, the water valve to the ice maker opened and stayed open flooding the kitchen and the room below before being caught. The ice maker was replaced and now works. It’s been six weeks and I’m still waiting for flooring materials to restore the damage. I sure hope Kitchen aid steps up and doesn’t affect my insurance rates. And there are some poor fit and operation of the crisper doors.

Buyer Beware

Worst refrigerator I have ever owned. Instead of finger print resistant it is finger print amplifying. Seems to be improperly insulated- iclecles form all over the inside and there is sweat all over the outside. Overpriced trash' buyer beware.

Great fridge for smaller 33 inch width opening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like how our new Kitchen Aid refrigerator looks. Plenty of ice and cold water with a high flow while filling inside fridge. Very quiet so barely know that it is on. Some items can fall at the back of the shelf to the one below it which is not a big deal. Like the deli tray which pulls out and items are visible. Only way it could be improved would be if the crispers slid more easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our old KitchenAid fridge as it was dying we had it for over 16 years. This new one looks great, but it's a bit noisy compared with our other KitchenAid fridge. The crispers don't slide as easily, there are no actual wheels on the tracks, so they are a bit klonky to close all the way. Apart from that and the noise, the fridge itself works great, we love the deli tray at the bottom.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed, while it looks good the build quality is poor. The vegetable/fruit drawers do not slide smoothly if the they slide at all. Need to use a lot of pressure to get them to move. This is the second fridge. The first one was returned by the delivery staff during install- that tells you something. Opening and closing the freezer sounds like the sliding rails are about to break and this is with virtually no weight in it. The fridge was part of major kitchen renovation in a condo unit. We did not move in until about after the reno completion had we been onsite I would have rejecting this unit also. I have not been in touch Kitchen Aid. I am primary care giver for my wife and have very little spare time, but plan to in the very near future.
Both of my sons and their families have this brand of kitchen appliances and seem satisfied with them and the reason we opted to go with this brand. We a different brand for the past 35 years and were quite happy.
