[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new refrigerator just around three weeks, and the only disappointment is both the vegetable and fruit drawers do not slide very well. Its an effort to close them and it feels lie lthe tab will break off if pushed incorrectly.

Fridge failure, careless delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this particular fridge is great, our reason for getting it is not. We purchased the same fridge 3.5 years ago only to have it fail as not repairable due to failure within the sealed components. It is completely unacceptable this was not covered by warranty and that we were made to purchase a second unit, even at a discount. KitchenAid obviously doesn't stand behind it's products.
The delivery team was less than professional handling the unit and scratched the kitchen floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the sliding shelves will not stay in place. Both vegetable drawers already stick. Fingerprints show very easily.so far not impressed but it had the largest capacity of options in my space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old refrigerator, same make and model had a water leak after 7 years that destroyed our hardwood floors and ceiling. Other than that the unit was good and fit in our spot so upon remodeling we purchased the same model. It cools and freezes fine but is loud with motor sounds and a popping noise that seem fairly constant. Very annoying...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Kitchenaid is cooling and making ice beautifully. HOWEVER, I am amazed at how flimsy and ill advised some of the internal plastic features are: 1. The two vegetable drawers do not fit their spaces well and are wobbly and hard to close and open. There seems to be no rails or guides for them to slide on. 2. The ice maker works great. But the arm that raises when the ice bin is full will not stay in that upright position. So when you open the freezer door far enough to scoop out some ice, that arm scrapes across the accumulation of ice and it pushes numerous cubes back and under the drawer because of the wire shelving under the bin. In one month, I have had to get down on my hands and knees on the kitchen floor and reach in and under the wire drawer to remove the ice cubes accumulating on the floor of the freezer, not a pleasant chore for anyone (I'm 78 years old). 3. One of the dividers in the freezer drawer on the other side of other freezer is inserted in such a way that I can neither remove it or put anything in the back of that drawer...it has become 'dead' space, useless to put anything in or out of about a 1/3 of the drawer. Mechanically, the refrigerator is doing its job. All of these problems I've outlined could be fixed with a little more customer friendly upgrade in parts and design.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit has been in service for about six weeks. No issues or problems. Everything working as is should. This unit replaced a 13-year-old GE that no longer produced ice. Ice maker now working fine and has bonus of water filtration.
I would recommend this to a friend!
