Horrible purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cheaply made! Need two hands to get a glass of water. No shovel for ice container so people using hands to grab ice. Already an issue with left side door as the light switch was sticking and the water and light would not work. The vegetable drawers are flimsy and need both hands to close or the toggle showing humidity will break off! For the money stay away!

Some great features ... some not so.

Not sure who thought having to open both doors and use 2 hands to get the water was a good idea ... neither convenient or energy efficient. Fingerprint resistant? Not really. Ice bucket takes up too much room in the freezer. Adjustable shelves were essential for me and they are as I wanted. Bottle holder is inconveniently placed and not moveable. Display is easy to read. Overall, just kind of looks ... boring. I much preferred my external water/ice and display.

Water inside fridge leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just waiting for parts they did do a exchanged fridge but this fridge has the same problem as the first a leaking water from inside I tried to get a refund can not so I have to deal with a leaking water I feel it has to do with the inside a manufacturer problem

great new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this new refrigerator in early February. We were very pleased with its delivery and installation. We congratulated Arva Appliances for a job well done. We are very pleased with most features of this refrigerator. There are a few items that we feel could be improved:
The first would be the small humidity control tabs. They are tiny, difficult to move and their location is such that they are easily jammed by the sliding compartments below them.
The second would be those sliding compartments. They do not slide in and out very easily. They should be on rollers.
The third would be the location, or just the operation, of the water dispenser. It is somewhat awkward to use because it requires two hands - one to hold the container and one to push the activation button.
The last item would be the split shelf. This is a great idea but difficult to locate properly to keep the front portion from folding down.

Hard pass!

The shelves do not go all the way back so items fall of if you wanted to have items all the way back on each shelf. Also I don't know what condiments or items they plan on you putting in the side shelfs but they are not tall enough to utilize 3 shelfs on each side with out bumming the item you are taking out on the top of the shelf each time. All in all I would never buy this fridge again!
