Amazing trio of appliances!

This year we got a new house! We opted for 3 Kitchenaid appliances. This is the first time we have this brand. Appliances are really high end premium products.this fridge is so solid, the shelves in the freezer are metallic, which are very practical. Integrated ice maker is amazing. 3 bottle wine rack is just a wow. Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love our new fridge

Crisper drawers stick and do not move smoothly.

great looking fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge to replace a 20 year old Kitchenaid fridge with top freezer. My old fridge is still working fine but wanted to upgrade and not left in a lurch when it breaks.
The new fridge looks great and I like the interior shelving and the freezer drawer with a pull out shelf. The LED lights makes it easier for me to find things in my fridge and freezer. The compressor seems to run more frequently and a little louder than my old fridge. I am still trying to figure out some " chugging" noise it is making. I wonder if it had to do with the fact that it's not hooked up to the waterline. I bought this fridge based on the information available on the internet. I wasn't aware that there are different versions of this fridge. I received the "KRFF302ESS06"- "06" being the version i supposedly purchased and didn't come with all the features advertised on the website. Having said that, Tiffany at the parts department was very knowledegable and shipped me the appropriate missing parts. If I can get the noise sorted out, I will be all set to enjoy this new fridge.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 8 weeks ago. We are fairly happy…however wanted to check the reason for condensation along half of the freezer door seal…left side. Very difficult to get through to a person who could answer this question…very poor phone customer service. Obviously they want you to go on line and deal with any problem…this does not work for me. Also stated our refrigerator had never been registered despite the fact it was done on line early August. A technician is to come out and check this issue….

Of course you wouldn't publish an honest review! Change your warranty policies and I'll change my honest review. You make a fortune off of people not reading fine print and expecting warranties to be warranties. NOT TRICKS! Many, many people come through our kitchen as we entertain at a very high profile level. The kitchen is new, beautiful and expensive. I am a high end cabinetmaker (company owner) and recommend products and tradespeople all the time.The only downside to my personal kitchen is the "older" Kitchen Aide products and we let EVERYONE know the complete story. Seems others know of these issues as well.
I remember the days when a Kitchen Aide dishwasher was a bit noisy but the best you could buy. We had those products for years and they were workhorses. Cleaned everything spotlessly. Now the slides are broken on mine and I've had to replace all the plastic brackets and hinges on the upper sliding trays. Junk.... made specifically to become obsolete and expensive to repair.
This is your issue, not mine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
