A big mistake of a purchase

This fridge was a big mistake of a purchase.
Our LG died after a second repair & my wife said no more LG, she now regrets that.

The interior is substantially smaller than the same size fridge of a different brand. The unit seems to have a massive backwards lean, despite having an almost level floor & no such problems with previous fridges, so far the doors banged so much I had to cut strips of wood to shim the back. The freezer drawer is terrible, this basket design, that is supposed to have better air flow, is small & doesn’t move well at all, often difficult to push in. Not to mention that it never moves smoothly, even when completely empty.
This fridge is so annoying the the wife & I both leave the doors wide open whilst doing things in the kitchen because it’s such a pain dealing with them. We’re both waiting for it to die so we can get rid of it, which means it never will.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looking and fits our space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is a replacement that finally was granted after a year of trying to fix our original... We were thrilled to be approved for a replacement after several attempts over a years time to fix a slow freon leak. Luckily all the repairs and parts were covered under our warranty. Be sure to register your appliance and keep your proof of purchase :)
We really like this fridge. Very few fit the spot in our kitchen these days. Our only complaints are how deep it is - things sometimes get lost in the back. This new fridge has drawers and shelves that seem to be a bit warped so things dont slide in and out easily. We should probably call about this. We like the freezer on the bottem with the ice maker as well as the water fill on the inside so the outside looks sleek and clean. MUST comment on how fantastic our delivery and installation guy was. Loved him! He was great with attention to detail and professionalism. BRAVO!

Amazing trio of appliances!

This year we got a new house! We opted for 3 Kitchenaid appliances. This is the first time we have this brand. Appliances are really high end premium products.this fridge is so solid, the shelves in the freezer are metallic, which are very practical. Integrated ice maker is amazing. 3 bottle wine rack is just a wow. Love it!

great looking fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge to replace a 20 year old Kitchenaid fridge with top freezer. My old fridge is still working fine but wanted to upgrade and not left in a lurch when it breaks.
The new fridge looks great and I like the interior shelving and the freezer drawer with a pull out shelf. The LED lights makes it easier for me to find things in my fridge and freezer. The compressor seems to run more frequently and a little louder than my old fridge. I am still trying to figure out some " chugging" noise it is making. I wonder if it had to do with the fact that it's not hooked up to the waterline. I bought this fridge based on the information available on the internet. I wasn't aware that there are different versions of this fridge. I received the "KRFF302ESS06"- "06" being the version i supposedly purchased and didn't come with all the features advertised on the website. Having said that, Tiffany at the parts department was very knowledegable and shipped me the appropriate missing parts. If I can get the noise sorted out, I will be all set to enjoy this new fridge.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 8 weeks ago. We are fairly happy…however wanted to check the reason for condensation along half of the freezer door seal…left side. Very difficult to get through to a person who could answer this question…very poor phone customer service. Obviously they want you to go on line and deal with any problem…this does not work for me. Also stated our refrigerator had never been registered despite the fact it was done on line early August. A technician is to come out and check this issue….
