Love our frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our frig in March and shortly after were told production had halted and no idea when it would resume. Very happy that it arrived a few weeks ago!! Love it, however, fruit and veg bins could be more secure when pushing in. They feel a little wobbly and not of high quality materials used.

design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vegetable / fruit drawers do not slide smoothly and the plastic framework seems flimsy, not sturdy. We had the company we bought the refrigerator from send back an installer to do a rebalance because the doors were swinging open to quickly and we were concerned about the door hinges. They also had reached inside to check foam in back (that we now know is supposed to stay in place) In the process the shelf above the lower drawers is bowed. Not level as the photo shows. Is this normal?
They said they ordered a new shelf, but we've yet to receive it.

Nice stylish design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the look of this fridge in our kitchen and most of the features. The retractable half shelf moves back and forth with the lightest touch. It would be better if it could lock in place when you want to keep it at full depth. I like the ice dispenser, but do find it takes up a lot of space in the freezer. Otherwise we're happy with our purchase!

Perfect size, perfect fridge

We needed to buy another fridge for our new house and never considered buying anything else. This is the perfect size fridge and we have never had a better one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new refrigerator for 2 weeks. It is everything and more. We are Kitchen Aid people and decided on a newer model. The inside water feature is the best ever. It is roomy and a huge upgrade. The cheese drawer is huge a d holds so much more than the older model. We are so glad we went with Kitchen aid again.
