Ok but not great

Beautiful but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it last week. Looks beautiful, cooled to temp in a few hours. Plenty spacious. Not fond of the different sized doors. Aesthetically it is fine but when trying to get water from the water dispenser it is a tight fit and awkward to use if you don't open both doors.

Stainless steel doors pit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors have small spots that are putting with rust. We are very disappointed by this. The adjustable shelving system needs to allow larger shelves. The brackets reduce the size the shelves can be; needs to be a better design.

Nice Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of room, works as it should. After a few weeks there was a noise coming from the fridge that wasnt normal. The service tech said it was something called the dabney motor and he has ordered the replacement part. Once that is fixed the fridge will be exactly what I wanted.

My Darn Fine Kitchen - Refrigerator Edition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge SAVED the day! I really wanted a French Door fridge with the freezer on the bottom. However the space I had to work with was narrower than the standard, but KitchenAid came through. The lid on the can drawer is genius, my parent's are jealous. I will say that the freezer fills up quickly. I'm a party of 1 and even thinking about getting a deep freezer in addition. So, there's that to consider.
My new kitchen is beautiful; was a fun quarantine project for my dad and me (we make a great team). Couldn't be more happier with the KitchenAid appliances. They work sleek and now I'm all about this stainless steel business — easy to clean and very posh!

POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT

Bought this refrigerator Dec. 2020. Was delivered Dec. 28th, 2020 It arrived missing the door bin liners. Placed a warranty report with the store. Received some of the liners on Jan 8th, 2021. One liner was missing. Contacted the store and was told that work order would be issued. To date we have received nothing. This is a problem because the door bins are not the best quality and some of them are badly scratched because of the delay in getting the liners. Very difficult to get through to KitchenAids customer support group.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Fridge, Good Quality, Loud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good looking appliance and we bought it to match the stove that we had purchased earlier. We're happy with the features and quality. I do miss having an ice dispenser in the door as we had with our older fridge, but that's a first world problem I guess. My only concern is that its quite loud - I can hear it running in the next room.
