not what I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator stopped working so I was forced to take one off the floor display. It is certainly not what I would have chosen and I really hate it. But what's a person to do. With everything that is going on these days I guess I am just lucky to have a frig.

Dissappointed

I just bought this fridge and I should have listened the the reviews I read. When the water is refilling it is so noisy my dog barks at it! The crisper drawers don't slide in easily, cheap design. I would have paid more money for better quality but refrigerators are very hard to find in 2020.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

I like the adjustable shelves and the bottle rack plus the inner pull out drawer in the freezer section. If I were to make one suggestion, the humidity knobs on the crisper drawers sometimes get stuck in the drawer as you try to close it. Have to be super careful closing the crisper drawers.

Perfect fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to buy this fridge sight unseen due to covid. It fits our space in the kitchen perfectly. The one we had previously when we moved in was way too big. I really like the flexibility of the shelves in the fridge area. My biggest pet peeve is that you have to use 2 hands to get water out of the spout, which is already kind of annoying since you have to open the door to get it. It would be ideal to be able to just push your glass against a button and water comes out, but there's probably a reason for it being a button above the spout that you have to push with your other hand that's not holding the glass or cup.
You also have to be sure to push the left-hand fridge door closed, there's no walking away while you bump it closed with your hip and it'll swing the rest of the way closed.
The freezer is nice too. The drawers hold more than you realize, even if you do have to move things around sometimes to get to things at the bottom. They slide open and closed easily.

Kitchen Aid Refrigerator....Love it!
