The only regret was we couldn't get the features of the 36" refrigerator (draws on ball bearings). we didn't have a space large enough and just had our kitchen remodeled a few years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three months ago and because of the dent on freezer door and stripped screw on bottom bracket that needed to be replaced everything is working but for how long I don’t know bought it through local appliance center that takes care of everything that they sell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this summer, replacing a 9 year KA model. Love the design/size/color (black stainless). Our kitchen is small, we needed a specific fit; this model fit the opening perfectly. Purchased from a photo, was a bit disappointed in the quality of the interior refrigerator veg drawers & runners. They are of thinner plastic. We have no kids living here so perhaps they will be ok, but definitely not good with hard use by children. The bottom freezer drawer drops a bit on the left when opening. Called the store & replacement runners were installed. It still is dropping. Store to call rep & get back to us. Admittedly not the experience we have had in the past, but still like KitchenAid, their look, features. Wish they had kept the interior's quality the same & as for the bottom freezer drawer, we are crossing our fingers that this gets repaired.

Choosing Black Stainless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the style/size/black stainless. A no-brainer purchase. Just wish the freezer door handle had been better engineered. A handle in the center would fix the left side "slump". Planning on using KitchenAid on a kitchen remodel.

great refrigerator, needs a few tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawers in the fridge section feel cheap and don't open/close very smoothly. The drawers in the freezer allow small items to fall through as well since they're wire mesh (and they don't slide very smoothly either).
