[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only one problem area; the two top shelves do not go back against the rear wall, creating a gap of nearly 2 inches, large enough for water bottles and soda cans to fall into. It's easy for small items to be pushed to the rear and fall in the gap. We found two water bottles jammed against the rear wall, luckily they didn't leak. I recommend Kitchen Aid have a "stop" or "ridge" to clip on the rear of these shelves to help prevent items from being pushed off the edge, or, make the shelves 2 inches longer to fill that gap. Otherwise the refrigerator is perfect for us. I really love the water dispenser.

Outstanding design features

We liked the new black front design and the fact that it was North America made and then when we learned that the factory had this refrigerator on special, assisted us even more with our decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a standard side by side fridge that everything fell out of and this one is so much better! I wish there were a few more compartments in the freezer to separate food but it does a great job and the fridge is completely customizable. Literally, every shelf can move where you need it to. One thing I will mention is it is NOT fingerprint resistant. It wipes down easily though. The only other thing to remember is that the doors are easily left open...it has a door alarm, but my kids definitely don't realize when they haven't closed it all the way. We are pleased with this purchase!

Love our New Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After looking at several fridge models we decided to go with the KitchenAid because it had less bells and whistles to have to repair in future. Don’t get me wrong it has enough features to entice you but we have peace of mind that it is going to do what it is supposed to do without fail. Some of my favourite features are the vegetable crispers(veggies that we bought a week ago are like we just got home from the grocer) the space in the fridge is amazing, the water dispenser on the inside keeps everything clean and tidy plus just the overall look of the Kitchen Aid . Love it

Elegant and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had specific space requirements, so this model was one of only a few that fit our criteria. Also, wanted ice maker inside as found chasing ice cubes around floor too challenging (when more shot out of dispenser in our previous unit). Also,Iliked the filtered water dispenser inside; it is a bit awkward when filling certain containers, requiring two hands, and the door being open for that task may use some electricity, but so, far OK. The humidity crisper drawers are exceptional in keeping produce fresh! The door bins are plentiful and adjustable. Have not used the included wine rack as yet. I really like the visibility (space and lighting of the interior of both refrigerators and freezer sections). Easy to reach all items quickly. The double doors required an adjustment, in terms of location of items. Really like the tray/door for cheeses, small items, and a tray of apples. It is so quiet!!!

I am so happy with the internal water dispenser as it keep the kids from messing with it and also allows for the use of the interior door space. The ice maker in the freezer is nice as well as it allows us to easily access I’ve with any size cup/cooler and doesn’t end up all over the floor after getting jammed in the door like other fridges we’ve owned in the past. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!
