Nice addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happily received this refrigerator after a long battle with a 3 year old competitors model. So far so good. It is a little noisy but works so I’m happy. Also the shelving seems flimsy but it works.

Everything is cold!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the refrigerator for a week so it's difficult to judge much yet. Not sure why KitchenAid would send these so quickly. Had some ice showing up where it shouldn't but there is a humidity control button that seems to have helped. It does have more refrigerator room than our previous Samsung but it has less freezer room. We try to be careful with it because it doesn't seem to be as solid either. I will provide another review after we have had it for two or three months.

Plenty of storage space

Had a few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I LOVE my refrigerator. I was not sure how I would like the freezer being a drawer, but it actually holds far more than I expected. I also really appreciate how easy it is to see everything in the fridge. I have had a few issues, unfortunately. Almost immediately we noticed that the lights would not come on in the fridge when you opened the door, sometimes it would, other times an incredible delay. We also had water dripping in the fridge from the ice maker area. The store we bought it from came out and diagnosed the issues. The installers had not put the icemaker pieces in completely correct, so that was dealt with and seems to be resolved. The light issue was a known problem, so a new board was ordered and had to be installed at a later date. It has been done and the light problem is now resolved. A new issue has popped up . . . last night we noticed Ice crystals building upon the exterior of the freezer drawer side. We cleaned it up, so now we will see if it comes back and if we have to call the service department once again. Very disappointing since the size, layout and function are exactly what we wanted.

Really like the refrigerator

Ice maker is in the drawer -- no longer have ice getting stuck in the dispenser and a few minutes later having the ice drop to the floor. Excellent visibility of all items in both refrigerator and freezer. Very pleased with the purchase.
