all doors start rusted in 6 month

i bought it 9 month ago and the doors started to rust in 6 month, the company where we buy doesn't want to do anything! right now the lower door in lots of rusted spots((((
I asked for changing doors or whole unit replacement but they said they cannot(
Upset!!!!! I didn't expect that this company would disappoint me(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought all new kitchen aid appliances for my new kitchen. The only point I will make is I wish they came in the fingerprint proof stainless. I prefer stainless and seem to clean fingerprints off regularly. I can live with it.

Wonderful Product

We replaced our old side by side with the French Door and are extremely happy with the amount of space in the Refrigerator. We went with the interior water dispenser and couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we’ve only been using our fridge for a couple weeks, and are very happy with it. we bought this one for more money than the rest (even though the whirlpool ones are the same inside) because it literally was the only one aesthetically pleasing enough to put into our kitchen! it feels super solid, seems to be well built and designed, and so far it does it’s job well. the glass shelves are a nice touch, as is the wine rack. haven’t yet used the water and ice dispensers.
only issues: the left hand side door doesn’t close easily. you need to make sure it’s closed all the way, which means you need to give it a good strong push. also, we’ve experienced condensation on the door panels inside, but the problem is solved as soon as you use the “humidity control” function.
overall, it’s easy to use, spacious enough for a family of 4, quiet, and gorgeous to boot. well worth the price!
