I have my new KitchenAid refrigerator for about 2 months and I really love it so far. It is very stylish and has plenty of room in the top refrigerator area with the French doors that I really think look great. The bottom freezer also has plenty of room, unlike most of the other refrigerators I was considering. I love the water feature on the inside of the refrig. because it takes up no extra space like other models. I also love the inside design especially the large covered sliding drawer, that when pulled forward, the cover opens up. That being said, I am so disappointed that the cover to that drawer does not stay on while being opened, it constantly pops off. A definite design flaw which I hope can be fixed, I plan to contact KitchenAid about this and see what can be done. I also think it would be great if they designed the top freezer drawer to slide out automatically when opening the freezer. I recommend getting a good stainless steel cleaner to help keep it looking shiny without too much effort. Overall I am very happy with my new frig.

The inside water dispenser has not worked properly since the install. The long drawer at the bottom of the fridge did not come with a divider to keep lunch meat, cheeses, etc. organized. Stuff slides all over the place when opening and closing. We upgraded to this appliances for the builder standards, not money well spent

This KitchenAid replaces an 8+ year old GE refrigerator that had several issues. We are pleased with the new appliance. However, I would prefer for the freezer to have better options for organizing my frozen foods. It seems like everything is just dumped in there.
