[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator as part of a complete kitchen remodel. Two requirements, no external (in the door) ice or water. Lots of room.
This fridge met those requirements.
This unit is very light in comparison to others easy to move and the doors open do not require a tug.
The four versus five stars is because the arm that stops the ice maker in the freezer sometimes permits too much ice for the container and upon closing the freezer drawer it knocks a few cubes out the back which then shoot out on the floor.
Other minor complaint is the unit is loud or at least louder than the last fridge we had. Not annoying but noticeable.
This fridge met those requirements.

Great Refrigerator!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and I’m very happy with it. I had a Maytag refrigerator 20 years and due to delivery timing, a similar Maytag was not available. I was a bit leary about changing brands but now that I have it, I’m glad I went with this brand and model. I love the handle design and the slide away shelf that makes room for taller bottles. I would have given it 5 stars but the plastic separator in the freezer section is not adjustable. It’s just a minor thing, but would be nice if I could adjust the spacing :)

It seems to be well built and functions as expected.
2 minor things: 1. The deli drawer needs to have 1 or more dividers. It has none, and none were shown on the KitchenAid parts web site to purchase. 2. We previously had a GE Profile, and this refrigerator is noticeably louder. The GE profile was very quiet and this KitchenAid you will hear the compressor when it is running. Not bad, but still audible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is roomy and spacious. The one flaw that irks me is that the shelves do not go all the way to the back of the refrigerator. There is about a half inch of space between the shelf and the back of the refrigerator for items to slip through. Other than that small defect I adore it.

Lots of shelving space, some which is even to hard for me to reach. Plenty of room to spread everything out. The freezer drawer space could be a bit larger and could slide out a bit smoother.

We have found that the ice tray in the freezer drawer, and the water dispenser just inside the refrigerator door, work very well. The interior is well designed. The wife wanted the black stainless, and it looks very nice and clean.
We're both happy with our purchase.
