Nice size, like the water feature. Didn't think I would but easy to use, super cold and tastes great. Like the wine rack, deli drawer. Last bottom freezer I had froze things in the crisper. Crisper sits on top of deli drawer so will not be an issue. Like the grey versus black side panel. Fridge front much to my surprise is magnetic. My daughter discovered but too pretty to cover up. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is run time has only been 1 month.
Egg tray would be nice.

I bought this unit to replace my Kitchen Aid side-by-side model which stopped working just short of ten years. Using the whirlpool customer loyalty program I ordered this model from an agent on the phone.
The new design provides more space for food storage in the refrigeration section. However, the large drawer at the bottom of this section requires that I open both doors. I realize that I would have preferred to purchase the model with immediate access to that drawer.
The bottom freezer is not as convenient as the one in the side-by-side but I since this is not a section I access often I am fine with it.
When the left door (having the middle flap) is used, the right door shuts automatically most of the time. The door alarm is not too loud but a nice feature.
The unit is very quiet!

We like the way that this refrigerator is organized but have had a problem with the french doors. If you do not close them firmly they do not always stay closed. My mother is 92 and cannot always remember to close the door firmly. If I had it to do over, i would opt for the single door rather than the french doors.

We bought this to replace a 12 year old frig. So far we are pleased with the new KitchenAid. The produce seems to be lasting longer. The long bottom deli drawer comes apart too easily, leaving us holding the cover. It goes back together pretty easily. Still getting used to the French Doors, our older frig just had one door.
