We have had this fridge for a few months only. I love the deli draw feature. It comes in so handy. The side holding containers are strong and sturdy. I place the milk gallons on the shelves and not on the side trays and they fit perfectly.
The top part of the fridge is spacious. The freezer is a relatively good size. I used to have the side-by-side freezer and I moved all my stuff from that freezer to this one with out any issues. I like having the freezer at the bottom.
I also like the fridge is easy to clean. I clean out all the shelves with no issues and the stainless steel is easy to keep clean too. With my side-by-side, I was always pressed for space and it was really annoying to clean and the space between the shelves were so tight.
I read some review about the noise but didn't have any issue so far. Overall, I am happy with this unit.

When renovating our kitchen, I had specific requirements for the style & features I was looking for. I am very pleased with this refrigerator - especially the interior water dispenser. Although we sacrificed the efficiency of having the water/ice on the exterior, I am not struggling with ice falling on the floor, cleaning the drip tray, and best of all - I get additional interior space with the absence of the ice maker in the door.

Love the space in this unit! My favorite feature is the pull out drawer for cheeses and meats. The one flaw I find in the design is you can't use one hand to get water. The button to push is ABOVE the spout, so one hand is needed to push the button and one hand is needed to hold the glass under the spout. If you're ever in a sling or without the use of an arm/hand I don't know how you'd get water from the fridge.
