We've had this refrigerator for about 4 months now. Gives a modern, polished, sophisticated look to our kitchen. Very happy with it. Sometimes the left hand door has to be aggressively shut as it's easy to leave slightly open and the audible alarm goes off. The water spigot produces great tasting, cold water. It has plenty of storage and the workmanship is first class. I would definitely buy it again.

Like features -- inside water dispenser, ice maker and wire baskets in freezer, inside shelf that can be slide back to make 1/2 half to accommodate tall items, lined bottom on door containers. Need I say more !!!

I purchased this unit three weeks ago and so far it is workingl great. I really like the internal water dispenser. The interior is well layed out and the l shelves are easy to adjust. The freezer is great and the ice maker has been flawless. Not having rollers on the drawers is the only thing missing.

Really like the interior water dispense. This replaces a 15 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Much more room and easy access to things in the refrigerator and bottom freezer.

We've had our fridge for about 2 months and are happy with it. The doors hold a good mixture of bottled dressings and jars as well as juices. Our other side holds eggs, butter, and creamer as well as two gallons of milk (which is a must for a growing toddler!). We like the snack drawer for snacks and deli meat as well. We have just enough room for veggies/fruit and more than enough room other items - we rarely fill it. A family bigger than 5 may find it too small but for us it is great. Other small details are the chime when the door stays open is pleasant and not annoying, the temperature is easy to set for the fridge and freezer, and the soft close freezer drawer makes opening and closing easy. I took one star off because our water dispenser always seems to leak after being used.

I went into a local appliance store in the town where I live and told the man I that my ideal refrigerator would have French doors with freezer on the bottom, a spigot to dispense chilled, filtered water and easy access to the ice bucket so I could just reach in and get a handful of ice. He said, give me about an hour to look on-line (they are a small store with minimal inventory in stock) and I'm sure I can find what you're looking for. I came back and he showed me a picture of the Kitchenaid refrigerator with the exact features I was looking for. I love the roominess of the refrigerator and easy access to the freezer. It's also nice that you can set the temperature to the exact degree you want - not just colder or warmer. The default temperature setting on the freezer is zero degrees, but we are finding that it makes better ice cubes at -2 degrees. I don't have to have the best of everything, but it's really important to me that my "tools" do what I need them to do. This refrigerator does just that. Not a lot of bells and whistles which is great because that kept the price in the mid-range.

The instructions for unpacking are inadequate. Remove all the packaging . Well there are several pieces of Styrofoam including some at the back of one main shelf. When you remove it it has stamped into it Do Not Remove. You can't see that until you have removed it. Really dumb.
This fridge replaces a freezer top mount GE of the same cubic feet. Fridge section is great. Good visibility, more shelves than. we need but that is ok. You don't have to use them and we don't to accommodate more taller items.
Freezer compartment doesn't compare but you can't find a large size top mount anymore.
I would suggest double doors on the freezer with shelves in the doors the same as the fridge. This would give you much more visibility and you could still have the slide out drawers.
The top drawer in the freezer came with dividers that limit flexibility of use. Had to go on YOUTUBE to find out how to take out the drawer so I could take out the divider(also shown on you tube. That info should be in the instructions.
I replaced my old one (20 plus years) because it was starting to make some strange noises and I didn't want to have to rush to buy a new one if it broke down . This one is actually noisier than the old one .
