We've only had this for a few months. But it's as advertised. Good solid fridge and looks great. We have had JenAir for the last 15 years in our other home and it was always falling apart. This fridge seems a lot more solid.

We bought the whole kitchen aid package for our new home. I like the refrigerator easy to access drawers, and even the short people in our home can reach items in the back without issue. We don't require much freezer space so this works for us but if you needed a lot of freezer space this wouldn't be the right frig.
I will say the water line area on the inside of the frig is awkward and not very energy efficient (it fills glasses very slowly) and you stand with the door open the whole time.
Overall we like the frig very much.

It has been a good fridge so far. Not impressed with the racks in the freezer I think they should of been made solid not with rack holes. Also my old fridge same style came with a wine holder and a egg holder this came with nothing kind of a shame.

Only had for a week, but I like the interior water dispenser and the amount of room in the fridge. The freezer section is a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but if you stack items on their sides you can see what you have without burying them. So far it's great, my other fridge lasted 20 years...we shall see if this one holds up!

Ice and Water Dispensers are not practicable. I prefer access outside. Water Dispenser hard to push. Opening the fridge just to get ice or water?????In this day age doesn't make sense.
