I bought this for a home that my husband and I built and absolutely love it. The fridge is well designed and has good spacing for shelving and drawers. I love having the freezer on the bottom and the double layer drawers in the freezer are an organizers dream.

Our last fridge was over/under with freezer on top. I have tall people in my family so having the fridge on top puts the refrigerated day to day items in line with their eye sight, so that they actually get used/consumed prior to expiration. I am enjoying the many features and creative storage room of the fridge. My favorite feature is the lighted freezer - nothing gets lost any more!

I loved the look and style of this fridge. But there is EXPOSED styrofoam (like packing material) at the back of the bins and the glass shelf does not cover it. So if you spill the milk, you will have sour milk in your styrofoam for the rest of your life. Also, I set the temp to 38º and the fridge temp varied so much that it froze all my fresh vegetables SOLID and even a pitcher of ice tea turned to slush. The tech said there was "nothing wrong with it." I'm returning it.

I have only had my new KitchenAid refrigerator for two weeks, and so far, I am pleased with everything about it. We had our previous refrigerator for 22 years, and it was very noisy when the motor was running. Perhaps that is why we are so impressed with how quietly this new KitchenAid refrigerator is when it is running. I have no complaints so far, and everyone who has seen it loves how it looks in our kitchen. I was happy to find this model in white which looks more appropriate for our older home.

I have used my fridge for three weeks now but I am quite disappointed in the quality of the sliding drawers. The dairy/deli drawer has to be opened & closed very slowly & carefully otherwise it goes off track. I do like the folding shelf. Other than that I am happy.
