I had this installed about 3 weeks ago when I moved in. The fridge is beautiful and very functional. Love having all the refrigerated items above, rather than my previous side by side refrigerator. One thing that I am a bit disappointed about is that the new models do not include egg trays. Minor I know, but I had some eggs from my old fridge that I had to figure out how to store safely.
I have had either Kitchenaid or Whirlpool appliances for more than 30 years and have been quite satisfied.

This refrigerator is one of four KitchenAid appliances that I purchased along with a Dish Washer, gas Cook Top and a "in wall" Double Oven. The refrigerator seems to have more space in it than a traditional 25 cu.ft. The door compartments are designed in such a manner to allow the placement of many items that are normally on shelves thus allowing more room on the interior shelves for for greater storage capability. The controls are visible, easy to use and are at eye level. The freezer section has good space even with the internal ice maker and additional basket. The internal water dispenser and internal ice maker allows the front doors to be sharp and clean with a very modern appearance. Exceptionally quiet device while running and during the ice making process. A great Appliance!

We love the refrigerator. However the freezer handle became loose. The repair man said, " get used to it" apparently it is a design flaw. Since the handle is screwed into the door it will continue to loosen as time goes on. i have a feeling the repair man and I will have an ongoing relationship.

We bought this refrigerator because we liked the water spout in the side wall of the refrigerator and not on the front taking up room. It's well designed and has many attributes, but it is not very sturdy. We previously (10 years) had a similar style by Maytag and the difference is obvious.
The doors easily pop open if you are closing only one side, so you have to be careful.
It took 5 days to come to temperature, so by the time the repairman got here it was at temp.
The drawers are flimsy and buckle with any weight, so they rub as you open and close them.
I'm not convinced this will last very long, sadly, and I don't think the convenience of the water makes up for the flimsy-ness of this one. :(

The fridge thus far has been incredible. It's very spacious and designed to help you organize the products in both the fridge and the freezer. The fridge section has 3 pull outs to help keep fruits and vegetables fresh and free from moisture. I absolutely love the water spout that is actually inside the left hand door of the fridge. IMO, having this spout inside the fridge keep the exterior face sleeker looking. Also, to my surprise this fridge is magnetic unlike a lot of stainless steel models I have seen.
