This is a great fridge. Looks great, works great, cooling is very even throughout; top shelf stuff doesnt freeze, bottom shelf stuff stays cool. The only complaint I have, and its a small one, is that the lid on the bottom drawer (used for meats and cheeses) has a very hard time staying connected. When you pull out the bottom drawer, the lid will fall off; although it only takes a few seconds to get it reconnected. This is more of a design flaw, than a warranty thing. Everything else on the fridge is fantastic!

We just moved into a new home and bought this refigerator for extra storage in my "clutter room". I have found an extra refrigerator essential, especially for beverages and company. It looks great, it is easy to stock and gives me many options for clearing space in my main kitchen. My other refigerator is the 5 door Kitchen Aid and it looks awesome and has great drawer features for food storage. I am very happy with both of them.

Overall seems like a sturdy appliance. Unfortunately it is one month old and service has been out once and is scheduled to come back. Seal on fr=zer door is not working. This allows condensation in the freezer that forms to ice on everything including the light switch. The seal issue is certainly going to affect the efficiency also.

We have had this refrigerator for a month now and we love it. The only thing I would change about it is where the filtered water comes out. I would have preferred it on the left side, then one wouldn't have to worry about the little flap on the left side door not closing properly. But that is my only complaint. It runs quiet, looks beautiful and is excellent quality just like all the KitchenAid products I've purchased. I expect this refrigerator will out live me.

We've had the fridge for 10 mos. From the very beginning have had trouble with foods near the back wall freezing. There is a slight ice build-up on back wall, and much condensation throughout.
The doors are always popping open. It seems that when we close one, the other opens. Thank goodness for the door alert.
Sure hard to keep the stainless steel clean.
Love the bottom freezer.

Old refrigerator died and I chose this as replacement. Loved the clean exterior, with the ice maker and water dispenser tucked away inside. Only thing I don't like is I need more space for taller items, and only one refrigerator shelf slides back to make room for that. Would have preferred both shelves to slide back for more tall space.

I replaced all my appliances. I chose this refrigerator for the clean lines and plain front. I prefer the ice in the freezer not the door. Having filtered water in the fridge is a plus. The lighting is nice and bright. The only problem I'm having and the rep says it will fix itself over time, is when I close the right hand door, then the left hand door, the right hand door pops open. He says the gaskets have to break in. I've had it 11 days now. I like the handles and the design.
