[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had purchased this same model in the whirlpool series 2 years ago and knew when remodeling the kitchen after our recent move what we wanted. We fell in love with look of the kitchenaid design and have no regrets. We love the water and ice dispensers located inside instead of on the door; it adds to sleek and beautiful design. The large slide out drawer is wonderful. The door ajar beeping feature I never thought I would use, but found it very useful recently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Refrigerator is out of plumb , doors are crooked,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is so out of plumb it barely slides into cabinet space. The floor is level. When you raise the right side of the frig to get to level the right rear is not on the floor so the frig rocks. Service installed a spacer which did not solve the problem and had has now fallen out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After an exhaustive search, I finally decided to replace our old refrigerator with this model. I couldn't be happier. I had originally wanted to have an external water/ice dispenser but realized that by having that, I would lose a substantial amount of interior space AND from what I've experienced from past refrigerators, the in-door ice dispenser frequently gets clogged when not used regularly. Since this was for our second home, I knew that that would be a problem. Instead I got the best of both worlds as this still has a water dispenser, just inside.
The design of this line looks great. The handles look very high end and add to the finish of the kitchen.
Overall, this refrigerator is perfect for our needs.
