[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd one in just 7 years. Bought Ref, Gas stove, Dishwasher and overstove microwave7 years ago when we renovated our kitchen. The ref went bad 5 months ago. Repairman had to recharge the coolant and said may or may not last. It did not last !! The reason we replaced with the identical model is so it matched the other appliances.

NOT HAPPY IN OHIO!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this last week because it appeared to be well built above the build standards of other lines of refrigerators. However the door is defective as it makes a noise when opening and closing like it is grinding on something. The dealer came out and said it is not repairable and they could not do anything to correct.
So I am stuck with potential future repairs for what is evidently a manufacturing defect. And I have to listen to the noise whenever I open the right hand door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not thrilled with it…door seals sweat with condensation and water falls on floor every time i open doors…it drips down to the middle of seal on the freezer drawer too…..also crackling sounds from the back of unit. I have recorded on phone…hear it ALL the time while i am in kitchen….DISAPPOINTING for a brand new refrigerator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the ice maker in the freezer section.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have been happy with the refrigerator. We love having the ice maker in the freezer section. We have nice solid ice and lots of it! There is plenty of space for everything. One thing I forgot to do before buying this model was to check the depth of the refrigerator. It sticks out about 4" further than the old one. I probably would not have bought this one if I had realized standard depth is 4" more than older models - what a difference 4" makes. Just for information, I could not get rid of the finger prints made by the delivery people and us. Then I remembered a hack I used with my old refrigerator - rub it down with olive oil. I did this and now when it gets smudgy all prints and smudges come right off with a damp cloth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Large, wide shelves are a must

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this model in our previous house and bought it for our new house, replacing a side by side frig. The open shelving in the frig is great and accommodates large items like platters. It is relatively quiet other than an occasional screechy fan, which is still not loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace a 15 year old KitchenAid that had failed. While this has the same features, the items placed along the rear wall of the interior tend to freeze and expand to the point of cracking and leaking. The temperature is set to the recommended 38 degrees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style and inside function of this refrigerator but unfortunately the stainless steel continues to have streaks - I have looked for the kitchen aid stainless steel cleaner that was recommended but have not been able to find it.
