[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the set up of the fridge. Prefer no water or ice maker in door. The cold water dispenser inside the fridge is perfect and does not take up much room from the storage inside. The ice maker in the bottom freezer provides adequate ice cubes which are a decent size. We have enjoyed using it for a month now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Kitchen Aid fridge/freezer almost a year ago. I appreciate the ease of setting the temperature for the two units. However, there has been a fair bit of extra frost on the inside of the freezer and I am not sure what is the reason.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great size, bought as a replacement ben

New model seems to be a bit cheaper made and didn’t come with freezer dividers and butter compartment.
Freezer door slide assembly seems flimsy and doesn’t close as smoothly, otherwise working good.

Everything we needed in a fridge

We specifically chose this one because the water dispenser is inside the fridge and the ice is in the freezer. Our last fridge had it in the door, which broke. We were told by the repair guy that in-door water and ice is a common point of failure. It was also so expensive to fix, we were over halfway to the cost of a new fridge, hence this purchase. It’s also nice that the in-door water and ice doesn’t take up room in the fridge. We got this model instead of the less expensive Whirlpool version because it has an alarm if you leave any of the doors ajar. We also like the climate control settings. It’s not an anti smudge finish so you have to be careful when wiping it down (with the grain) and parts are expensive and not usually interchangeable with other Kitchen Aid fridges. One small detail I love, though, is the red insert on the freezer handle. It’s a stylish touch.
