Great looks and design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design, plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer. The center drawer is fantastic and holds tremendous amount of items. It does make a lot of popping, creaking, and motor is loud but honestly after 18months we do not even hear it anymore. Two problems we have had is the freezer is very easy to be left open. There is an alarm for the door on the fridge but no the freezer. It does have a temperature rise alarm which does work. The only other issue is the handles keep becoming loose. Once a moth the set screws need to be tightened.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a year. It's a very nice sized refrigerator with lots of room. I love the big drawer for meats, cheeses and wraps. It's kind of a loud refrigerator. It's rattles when the water comes in to make ice and the motor seems to be really loud also. I'm not sure why this appliance has to make so much noise!!

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge and how big and spacious it is. I was worried about the deep freezer but the separation of upper and lower drawer eliminated the having to dig for items. Great product. Only suggestion would be to have a slightly longer nozzle on water dispenser and also having problem with the ledge below water dispenser starting to rust. I need to talk to KitchenAid about this problem since the fridge is only 2 months old.

Good quality fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it took 9 months to get to me but it’s finally here and I’m so happy. My only complaint is that the freezer is too small for me. But that’s what you get with this type of fridge. There is ample space in the fridge section and I love all the little compartments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge works fine but... the produce drawers get caught on the levers that control the temperature of the drawers. Had to take drawers completely apart and even then it was hard to get the lever unhooked!
