It's a fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge came with our new house. I like the bottom freezer but turning off the ice is a pain. They should put where it's reachable. But the storage is good. I liked the fact we could remove the water filter. Unknown to us if the doors don't shut all the way an alarm goes off. So that's good. Our 5 year old grandson is able to get his own water from dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a year now. Can’t really beat the looks and feel of stainless. Having the double doors is great. The tray at the bottom is long and spacious. The shelving is a bit awkward to make it work, heights don’t quite make things fit nice but it’s depending of your storing habits.
Having the quick cool is amazing if you just went shopping and you want things to cool to temp faster.
The only complain I might have is that it got noisy after a year. I’ve cleaned the coils and done it’s maintainance but still

A lot of money for poor customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to call in service due to a loud rattle, within the first year. The technician found a dent panel at the back which was there upon delivery since I did not see it and have not moved the refrigerator since installation.His fix....place a piece of styrofoam under the bottom of unit. Kitchenaid would not cover replacing the back metal panel. The unit doesn't rattle but I was very disappointed for refusal of Kitchen aid direct for their response. They said cosmetics were only covered in the first 90 days. Ii will never purchase directly from this manufacturer again

Kitchen Aid Fridge Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a year and four months now. It runs well. Had one problem taken care of by Kitchen Aid at no cost to us....the problem did not prevent us from using the refrigerator - it just made a flapping noise. A part was ordered and it was fixed. I had a Kitchen Aid top of the line in my previous home and loved it. This has many features that my other model had....door alarm, max cool, filter reset, max ice and temp alarm. I am not fond of the ice maker in this one...it seems to sometimes miss the ice container and drop a few ice cubes to the floor of the freezer....not terrible just annoying. It has one shelf that retracts half way to accommodate tall items - something my other fridge did not have - we use that a lot for tall pots, milk, etc. There is also a wine rack that comes in handy for getting wine off the door and out of the way. All in all I would recommend this product without reservation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water reservoir behind the left drawer keeps it from staying closed ALL the way. It bothers me every single time I open the refrigerator. The refrigerator looks nice in our kitchen. I just believe that the drawer problem could be resolved.
