The stainless edge on a shelf somehow already got scratched which is a bummer but otherwise like it. Love the stainless handles with the white look! Took forever to decide and I am happy with our choice.

A little disappointed

We were so excited to get this refrigerator! It has many wonderful features; interior lighting and organization truly the best we have ever owned. Interior water dispenser means no more moldy outside spout. We are okay with the interior freezer ice maker as there are no more ice jams and no more ice exploding out the door. We called our old refrigerator “the attack” refrigerator. The textured handles are wonderful as is the no finger print outside finish. Here are my issues with it. You have to be very, very careful to make sure both doors are shut tight. Although there is an alarm, it is barely loud enough for anyone to hear unless standing in the room with it. I do not like the drawer freezer; Just me... have a hard time organizing it so I can find anything. Items at the back of the refrigerator often develop freezer crystals even though we have checked to make sure we are running at the recommended 37 degrees. If I could do it all again , I would look at the side by sides and trust Kitchenaide technology to design outside dispenses better than the manufacturer I had before.
